After each round of attacks that Flint defeats an enemy, he has a [20/40/60/80/100]% chance to apply Ring of Fire to a random enemy for 2 rounds. Additionally, after each skill attack, Flint boosts the Attack by [5/10/15/20/25]% and Speed by [10/20/30/40/50] of all Kodiak allies for 2 rounds. (Ring of Fire: The affected fighter takes [150/200/250/300/350]% Burn damage from Flint every time they are directly targeted in battle.)
