Tseng's primary mech value comes from Guiding Light's massive 2000% ATK heal to all allies when he drops below 50% HP, which can save the team during punishing boss phases. Bandages converts basic attack damage into ally healing with DoT purification, providing steady sustain.

Holy Power's -50% Hit Chance debuff on the boss reduces incoming damage significantly. However, Tseng contributes almost no DPS himself, and his Magic Shield only blocks a single attack. He is a pure support pick that enables carries but adds no damage pressure.

Strong team support for PvP formats. Holy Power hits all enemies for 400% while applying -50% Hit Chance, which cripples the opposing team's damage output for 3 rounds. Magic Shield on the lowest HP ally can save a carry from a killing blow.
